On October 5, 2040, FSW announced that all the members of CROWN had left the company after failure to come renew their exclusive contracts and would pursue their activites with other labels. After 8 years since the last boy group to debut, FSW debuted their new boy group HEAT(열) on April 2040. On JFSW announced the disbandment of their boy group CROWN a year earlier than expected and announced that all the members would be staying and pursue individual activities. Jit was announced that Rosé a soloist and a member of girl group Blackheartz had joined FSW as their newest solo acts. Their debut was extremely successful and well received by the public and the group would become of the best selling artists under FSW. Prism within six months after debut disbanded, all the members stayed with the company and would not re-debut until two years later with new two members as CXC On March 7,2038. A sub-unit consiting of Shui & Lea " S&L" from coed-group RAIN made their debut on November 11,2036. Unfortunately, the group disbanded less than a year on 2035 due to internal conflicts with some of its members and company CEO not liking the concept of the group in general.Ī year after the disbandment of STAYZ, FSW debuted their second girl group Prism on March 4,2036 consisting of five former members of STAYZ.
